Support options are divided into four different levels -- initial free support (45 days from purchase), annual technical support contract, fee-based per-incident support, and web-based "static" support.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) provide answers to the most common questions. You can find answers to these questions at this web site under Support/FAQ.

Updates and patches are also available on this web site for Personnel Manager, or via automatic "one click" updates over the web for Grant Manager, if you have the annual support contract. These updates are free to technical support contract holders, and they generally consist of minor enhancements and new functionality. Major version upgrades are not free, but existing customers get special upgrade pricing.

Training is provided in three different levels: Live web -based training, live training on your site, or self-paced computer based training on CD's.
User Forum is a place where you can look for ideas, ask questions and suggest enhancements to the programs. The forum is available only to users with current technical support contract.

Customization is available if you need functionality, data import/export or reports and forms that are not part of the standard package.
